Floor Plans

Building is clean and quiet, staff is friendly and respectful. Current management and maintenance staff is the best its been in the time I've been here. It's an old building so things will need fixing from time to time, and the staff has done a good job promptly servicing the issues in my unit when I alert them. Staff is easy to get a hold of and is responsive.

I have been at Grand and Dale for a couple years and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Lisa in the office is so friendly and always so helpful. Even though the job keeps her very busy, response to emails are in a timely manner. She has always been able to handle any issue I have had quickly and efficiently. Bill the lead maintenance and Denise are absolutely wonderful. This building stays so nice because of their hard work.

Great location - Lots of storage - Great maintenance staff - Flexible management I lived in a one bedroom apartment and loved the location and the amount of sun my unit gets throughout
